OSCAR Downstream, the largest independent fuel distribution company in Romania, in the top 5 players, named Luiza Dumitru as Communication & Marketing Director.
With over 17 years of experience in the MarCom industry, Luiza will shape the Marketing & Communication strategy and coordinate the implementation for the brand and all service and product categories in the portfolio, B2B and B2C.

She also held the position of Communication & Marketing Manager at Mussat & Associates and Senior Communication Manager for Porter Novelli Romania
