The recognition validates the organizational culture and values used to build a successfull employer brand for over 22 years
OSCAR Downstream, the largest independent fuel distribution company in Romania, is, for the second year in a row, the most attractive employer in the local Oil & Gas industry, according to Randstad Employer Brand Research 2024.
Randstad's analysis is the world's most comprehensive employer brand research based on the general public's perceptions. This year's study covered 6,084 companies in 32 countries (representing more than 75% of the global economy) and attracted approximately 173,000 respondents.
The resulting ranking considers criteria such as the attractiveness of the salary package and benefits offered, career development, balance between professional and personal life, working atmosphere and long-term job security, financial soundness of the company, opportunities for career growth, and - starting this year - equal opportunities.

At the national level, OSCAR Downstream has almost 500 employees, most of them working in the integrated logistics platform that ensures fuel distribution at the national level.
